Material Library & Sample Access Terms

1. Authorized B2B Access

This portal is restricted to verified buyers, brands, and OEMs evaluating materials for commercial use. You confirm you are authorized to represent your company.

2. Exclusive Supply Channel (Non-Circumvention)

All materials, technical specs, and suppliers presented are curated by VIREÔMONT SAS. Unless your company has a pre-existing direct commercial relationship with a supplier and notifies VIREÔMONT in writing within 10 business days of access, you agree to conduct all inquiries, sample requests, and purchases exclusively through VIREÔMONT SAS and will not directly or indirectly contact, negotiate with, or procure from our manufacturing partners for 36 months.

3. Confidentiality

All technical dossiers, documents, and physical samples remain confidential and are strictly for internal evaluation.

4. Governing law
